Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day reception operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain the visitor register and coordinate visitor access as per company procedures.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments as required.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff for routine administrative activities.
- Assist in employee attendance records, office communication, and other administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Ability to multitask and handle front-office responsibilities efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
