Job Summary
Floatex Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, maintaining billing records, verifying work executed at the project site, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process client RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Verify work measurements and quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site progress.
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, clients, and contractors for billing approvals.
- Maintain billing records, work orders, invoices, and project documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
- Prepare billing reports, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports.
- Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
- Support the accounts and procurement teams by providing required billing documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the Solar/EPC industry.
- Good knowledge of project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ, and contract documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
