Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project details to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintain proper customer database and sales reports.
- Assist clients with documentation and booking procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and market trends.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
Salary:
- Salary according to experience + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
