We’re Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer (5+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a mature, hands-on Accounts professional with strong exposure to manufacturing accounting, compliance, and coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle purchase order issuance and follow-up with suppliers for material delivery
- Verify, scrutinize, and post purchase, labour, and contractor bills in Tally
- Manage GST compliances including GSTR-1, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GSTR-3B filing, and TDS-related work
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and record bank & credit card transactions in Tally
- Prepare and manage creditor ageing, E-NET reporting, and vendor payment planning
- Ensure timely statutory payments of PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax for employees and employer
- Generate rental invoices, track collections, and post entries in Tally; handle maintenance bill payments
- Monitor electricity bills for multiple units and ensure timely online payments
- Process monthly salary entries and support payroll accounting
- Support internal audits and coordinate with auditors and consultants
- Maintain stock statements and manage inter-company transactions accurately
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, prepare payment vouchers, and ensure cash flow discipline
- Manage petty cash, cash controls, and expense reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance (manufacturing background preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and ERP-based accounting
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter (or equivalent)
