- Calibration of R&D instruments.
- Dispensing of raw materials for R&D trial batches.
- Compression and coating of R&D trial batches of pharmaceutical products.
- Improve existing formulations to achieve better product performance and process efficiency.
- Conduct literature surveys for assigned projects.
- Perform pre-formulation studies, including Drug-Drug and Drug-Excipient compatibility studies.
- Execute and evaluate R&D trial batches.
- Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) for R&D trial batches.
- Conduct stability studies of developed products as per ICH Guidelines.
- Initiate and withdraw samples from stability chambers and record observations.
- Prepare sample analysis intimations and coordinate with the Quality Control department.
- Prepare manufacturing formulas and manufacturing processes for developed products.
- Maintain all documentation related to R&D projects.
- Visit the Goa manufacturing facility for scale-up batches whenever required.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager/HOD.
Qualification
M.pharm with computer application knowledge.
Experience
Approximately 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
