About the Role
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
- Handle courier services, mail, and office supplies
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with basic administrative and office management tasks
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Support Executive is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
