We’re looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor who can lead projects from concept to final delivery while mentoring a growing creative team.

What You’ll Do : Video Editing & Creative Production
- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, podcasts, and digital campaigns
- Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and cinematic edits
- Handle post-production workflows including color grading, sound balancing, and VFX enhancements
- Develop visually compelling 3D animations and assets using Autodesk Maya
- Ensure every video aligns with brand tone, storytelling, and audience engagement goals
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage junior video editors and creative interns
- Guide team members on editing techniques, workflows, and creative direction
- Review edits, provide constructive feedback, and maintain quality standards across projects
- Help streamline editing pipelines and improve production efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to execute campaigns effectively
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Maya (3D animation & modeling)
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Final Cut Pro (optional)
- Good understanding of:
- Motion Graphics
- VFX & compositing
- Color grading
- Sound design
- Storytelling & pacing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital content creation, ad films, podcasts, or social media campaigns
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a creative/editing team
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of current social media editing trends and short-form content styles
