Position Title: Senior Barista/Barista Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages with consistency and quality.
- Lead and train barista team members in coffee preparation, latte art, and cafe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and service area.
- Ensure efficient workflow during peak hours while maintaining quality and speed.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and supplies; coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Support cafe management in daily operations, and shifts duties.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Barista; leadership or trainer experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso calibration, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Beverage quality and consistency.
- Customer satisfaction scores and feedback.
- Team training and performance improvement.
- Inventory and wastage control.
- Speed and accuracy during service.
- Coffee Roaster experience is a great plus
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality background preferred).
- Barista certification or specialty coffee training (optional but desirable).
