JOB PURPOSE
Working as part of the FP&A team, this position will be integral to the team providing support on Corporate and business-related FP&A matters including month close, reporting, forecasting and budget support, historic performance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis. The role will require an individual with previous exposure to FP&A processes, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at mid / senior level employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key member of FP&A for Month close analysis (with controllership)

Publication of standard reports for the month as per the timelines

Key monthly analysis for variances (vs budget, vs forecast etc)

Travel & Expense, professional fees and other expense reports
-
Ad hoc – linked to management requirements

Key member for the forecast and budget cycle including support for specific schedules and workings

System / process / reporting improvements including UAT testing etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES

CA \ CMA

Post qualification experience of 5+ years of working experience in FP&A & reporting domains including Forecast and Budgeting process primarily in Tech Services industry

Excellent MS Excel skills to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.) and excellent power point skills for building the presentation materials

Proficient Working knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP/reporting platforms

Working knowledge of Anaplan (planning tool) and Visualization tools like PowerBI
