Job Summary
We are looking for Architect team lead who can lead the team as Team lead and ability to take up the projects can handle with the team.
The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in executing large-scale residential and commercial developments, with strong expertise in working drawings, construction detailing, project coordination, client management, and statutory regulations with experience in high rise.
Applicants should demonstrate proven leadership in independently managing and delivering high-rise developments exceeding one million square feet within a single project. The role demands strong technical proficiency, executional clarity, coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage projects through advanced stages of delivery.
