Experience: 1–3 Years
Real Estate background preferred
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Lead generation & cold calling
- Customer handling & regular follow-ups
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Schedule & coordinate site visits
- Follow up after site visits for conversion
- Maintain lead/CRM records
- Basic MS Office & Excel knowledge
- Good email writing & professional email etiquette
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Target-oriented and professional approach
