Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven International Business Development Executive to help grow our presence in global markets and build long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, support export and import operations, and contribute to increasing international sales and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Explore and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Generate potential leads through B2B platforms, online research, trade exhibitions, and professional networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, importers, and exporters.
Manage international sales inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close orders effectively.
Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and documentation teams to ensure smooth export and import processes.
Stay updated on global market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular sales performance reports.
Ensure all international trade activities comply with customs regulations, trade policies, and company guidelines.
Monitor payments, shipment status, and customer feedback to maintain strong client relationships.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
0 - 5 years of experience in international business development, export sales, or import-export operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of international trade processes, export documentation and global business practices.
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with international clients across different time zones.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM software and professional email communication.
Knowledge of logistics, shipping procedures and supply chain operations will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel internationally when required for business purposes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
