Job Title: Office Staff – Education Loan Processing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Staff member to support our education loan assistance operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with students, banks, and lending partners, collecting and verifying documents, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with students regarding education loan requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners for loan processing and status updates.
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents from students and co-applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, documents, and communications.
- Assist students in completing loan application forms and documentation.
- Track loan applications and provide regular updates to students and management.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between clients and lenders.
- Prepare reports and update internal databases as required.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with lender requirements.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Ability to follow up with clients and banks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in education loans, banking, or office administration is preferred.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers may apply, relevant experience is an added advantage.
