Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
● Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
● Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
● Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
● Maintain workforce planning and staffing requirements.
Employee Relations
● Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
● Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
● Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
● Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
Performance Management
● Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
● Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
● Identify training and development needs.
Learning & Development
● Design and coordinate employee training programs.
● Facilitate leadership and skill development initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
● Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
● Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics.
Employee Engagement & Culture
● Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
● Organize employee recognition and retention activities.
● Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Master's degree/MBA in HR preferred.
● 5–8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
● Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
