Job Title: Outreach Officer

About the Role
We are hiring an energetic and well-connected Outreach Officer for one of our leading NGO clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships, securing permissions, and creating opportunities for the NGO to conduct awareness drives, fundraising activities, volunteer engagement programs, and social impact events across corporate parks, technology parks, educational institutions, and community events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with corporate offices, technology parks, business centers, educational institutions, and event organizers.
- Obtain necessary permissions and approvals for NGO campaigns, awareness programs, and fundraising activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, HR teams, CSR departments, and event coordinators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute outreach activities effectively.
- Represent the NGO professionally at meetings, networking events, and stakeholder discussions.
- Track outreach activities, maintain partnership records, and prepare regular reports.
- Explore new opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all outreach activities align with the NGO's mission and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in outreach, business development, corporate relations, partnerships, event coordination, or NGO engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR initiatives, corporate partnerships, or event management.
- Existing network within corporate offices, tech parks, or business communities will be an added advantage.
