Hiring: Video Editor & Creative Designer (Real Estate Company)
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in professional video editing, AI-powered content creation, and creative design to produce high-quality marketing videos and digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for real estate marketing, branding, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize AI-based video editing tools and technologies to enhance video quality and production efficiency.
- Create engaging visual content, motion graphics, and creative designs that align with the company's brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling video concepts and campaigns.
- Manage video post-production processes, including color correction, sound editing, transitions, effects, and final rendering.
- Ensure all video content meets professional quality standards and project deadlines.
- Occasionally assist with on-site video shooting and content capture when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional video editing and creative design.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI-powered video editing and content generation tools.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, and creative branding.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in real estate content creation will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing.
- Ability to create engaging reels, promotional videos, and corporate presentations.
