Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing
- Valid nursing registration certificate is mandatory.
- Relevant departmental experience is required.
Experience Required
- LDR Nurse: 3–4 years
- NICU Nurse: 2+ years
- PICU Nurse: 6–7 years
- Pediatric Ward Nurse: 4–6 years
- Pre-Operative Nurse: 3–4 years
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Administer medications and assist doctors during procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control practices.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and recovery.
Skills Required
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong teamwork and patient-management skills.
