Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and hardworking Mechanical Fitters with an ITI Mechanical qualification to join our maintenance and production team. Candidates should have experience or knowledge in fitting, assembly, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. Openings are available for both Millwright Fitters and Ordinary Fitters.
Key ResponsibilitiesMillwright Fitter
- Install, align, dismantle, and maintain industrial machinery and rotating equipment.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical layouts.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Handle gearbox, pump, bearing, conveyor, and coupling fitting works.
- Carry out alignment using precision tools and instruments.
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Follow workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Ordinary Fitter
- Perform basic fitting, drilling, cutting, grinding, and assembly work.
- Assist senior fitters and maintenance technicians during repairs.
- Handle hand tools and workshop equipment safely.
- Support machine maintenance and fabrication activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
