Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when needed.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, and other beverages according to café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and other café supplies.
- Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Assist team members during busy hours to ensure smooth café operations.
- Learn beverage recipes, customer service standards, and café procedures.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned.

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (or equivalent).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
