Job Summary
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating vehicle financing processes, assisting customers with finance options, liaising with banks and financial institutions, ensuring timely processing of loan applications, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role plays a vital part in supporting vehicle sales by ensuring a smooth and hassle-free finance experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate vehicle finance processes from loan application to disbursement.
* Guide customers on available finance schemes, EMI options, and required documentation.
* Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and finance policies.
* Track pending loan cases and follow up with customers and finance partners.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely vehicle delivery after finance approval.
* Maintain finance records, loan status reports, and customer documentation.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
* Resolve customer finance-related queries promptly and professionally.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to finance activities.
* Build and maintain healthy relationships with finance partners to facilitate faster loan processing.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any equivalent discipline.
* Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in automobile finance, banking, NBFC, or dealership finance are preferred.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of vehicle loan processes and finance documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
* Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in an automobile dealership, bank, or NBFC handling vehicle finance.
* Familiarity with loan processing systems and dealership management software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
