The Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven freelance professional to support and structure our business development and outreach activities.
This is not just a sales role — the candidate will set up and manage LinkedIn outreach, email marketing systems, lead generation processes, and support client conversion activities. The ideal candidate is self-driven, structured, and capable of building outreach systems independently.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Structuring & Lead Generation
- Optimize and manage company LinkedIn presence
- Build structured LinkedIn outreach strategy
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Maintain organized lead tracking sheet
Email & WhatsApp Outreach
- Create cold email templates
- Execute outreach campaigns
- Manage follow-ups and response tracking
- Structure WhatsApp communication process
Research & Targeting
- Identify target industries and potential clients
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Suggest positioning strategies
Presentation & Pitch Support
- Create professional PPT presentations and proposals
- Support client pitching process
- Assist in lead conversion and deal follow-up
Qualification
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong PPT and presentation skills
- Process-oriented mindset
Compensation
- Incentives for successful client conversions
Location: Bangalore
Work Timings:Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5.5 working days)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
