-Conducting interviews with potential candidates on call
-Checking out resumes of the candidates for several positions
-Performing background checks along with reference checks
-Helping company managers by making numerous recommendations
-Using different social media platforms for sourcing candidates
-Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
-Maintain strong database of candidates
-Maintaining strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and with candidates to guide them through the process.
-Reviewing resumes, cover letters, and applications to screen out unqualified candidates and create shortlists of those who meet the specific job criteria.
-Negotiating terms, benefits, and compensation packages with selected candidates.
What we are looking out in candidates :
-Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
-Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
-Thirst to grow professional ladder.
Salary : 15k-18k based upon interview performance
Work Location : Kumaraswamy Layout near Dayananda sagar college , Banashankari
Work Timings : 9:30am to 6pm
Work Days : Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
