Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on banking products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Resolve customer concerns through effective problem-solving and timely escalations.
Process customer requests, transactions, and service-related activities.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Perform cross-selling and outbound calling activities as required.
Ensure compliance with banking and process guidelines.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Strong English & Hindi Communication Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge & Telephone Etiquette
