This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager/ Dy Manager located in Pune, India. The role involves managing and driving sales for Industrial Coatings, providing technical support to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing account management. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, promoting products, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage technical sales activities for industrial coatings, including OEM sales and B2B business development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions using our products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop techno-commercial strategies for product launches and promotions.
- Provide technical support to customers through site visits, training sessions, and troubleshooting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in industrial coatings or related field (technical sales).
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).
- Strong understanding of industrial paint sales, technical services, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
