Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Kochi. The role primarily focuses on sourcing and recruiting candidates for overseas job opportunities in the UAE/Qatar/Saudi (depending upon requirement). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduation Mandatory)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for UAE vacancies
- Handle candidate onboarding and document collection
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and daily reports
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely mobilization
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
