Sr. Site Engineer – Real Estate / Construction
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
- Verify measurements, bills, BOQs, and material usage.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities and reports.
- Monitor RCC, finishing, and MEP-related works.
- Maintain project timelines and support project completion within budget.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, and estimation.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Excellent coordination and team management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
Preferred Industry
- Real Estate / Residential Construction Projects.
Job Role
- Full-Time | Site-Based Role
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
