Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Manager to manage, support, optimize, and continuously improve the company's SAP Business 1 (SAP B1) ERP system.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with business users, SAP implementation/support partners, and internal IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of SAP B1 across Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, Quality, HR, and other business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day SAP Business One operations, support, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchase, Sales, Production, Inventory, HR and other departments for ERP requirements.
- Manage SAP B1 implementation, customization, upgrades and process improvements.
- Coordinate with SAP B1 consultants/service providers for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Manage master data, user access, authorizations and system controls.
- Prepare and manage SAP B1 reports, MIS and SQL queries.
- Train end users and ensure effective utilization of SAP B1.
- Monitor data accuracy, system performance and timely resolution of ERP issues.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules and business processes.
- Experience in manufacturing ERP / SAP B1 implementation preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL / Query Generator.
- Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling SAP B1 implementation/support partners.
