Responsibilities / Job Description: • Suggest, assist in identify, setting up sales strategy. Supervise daily work of team members. • Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. • Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. • Negotiate or assist in negotiation with key services providers in order to improve the pricing (cost structure). • Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target.
Eligibility Criteria: • 2 to 5 yrs of experience in B2B sales, min 6 months exp in team handling. • strong sales skills with proven track record & must possess leadership skills • Must be result oriented, and have problem solving skills.
