Position: Estate Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall maintenance and upkeep of school campus, buildings, and infrastructure.
- Supervise gardening and maintenance staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of all facilities.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work for electrical, plumbing, civil, and mechanical issues.
- Monitor vendor services and AMC activities.
- Maintain records of assets, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Support school events and administrative operations.
Required Skills:
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of facility and estate management.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
