Jewellery Sales Executive – Tourist Trade

Job Purpose:
To handle domestic and international tourist customers, explain jewellery products professionally, convert walk-ins and tourist references into sales, and ensure a premium shopping experience for tourist clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist tourist customers visiting the showroom
- Demonstrate and explain gold, diamond, silver, and souvenir jewellery
- Clearly explain purity, certification, pricing, and making charges
- Coordinate with tour guides, travel agents, and tourist trade executives
- Support billing and ensure smooth handover to the cashier
- Maintain daily sales and tourist conversion reports
- Ensure proper showroom display, hygiene, and customer service standards
- Build customer confidence and encourage repeat business and referrals
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Prior experience in jewellery sales is mandatory (tourist trade preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (for foreign tourists)
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and jewellery certification
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work under sales targets
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable
