Job Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations including patient registration and appointments
- Greet patients and visitors and guide them appropriately
- Manage patient relations and counselling
- Address patient queries, feedback, and complaints politely
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, and other departments
- Maintain front office records and reports
- Ensure smooth patient flow and good customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 6 Months - 1 year of experience in a hospital or healthcare setup
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in front desk, PR, or patient counselling
- Ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically
- Local candidates preferred
- Kannada Speaking Mandatory
