Lead & drive a team of 10-15 service engineers, Lead & monitor Erection & Commissioning of equipment, Strong technical & troubleshooting skills, Customer centric approach for maintaining high level of customer satisfaction. Monitoring and analysing service metrics: This includes response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborating with other departments: This includes sales and marketing to align customer service strategies with overall business objectives. • Preparing reports: This includes regular reports to senior management on service performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives. • Identifying opportunities for improvement: This includes recommending and implementing process enhancements, tools, or technologies. • Maintaining strong relationships: This includes with key customers, suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers. • Managing the budget: This includes the budget related to a company's service department. • Handling customer service interactions: This includes reports and repairs. • Ensuring repeat customers: This includes maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
