Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of full stack solutions. Daily activities include planning multidisciplinary efforts, executing continuous testing across various domains such as security and application programming interfaces, and supporting environment and data configurations. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing enhancements in testing processes, thereby contributing to the overall success of the project.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation strategies that improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including regression, security, and API testing.
- Ability to design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration management to support testing activities.
- Competence in analyzing code quality and participating effectively in code review processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
