Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Understand customer financial protection and investment needs.
Present and promote our financial products confidently and professionally.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
Maintain accurate call records and regularly follow up with prospective clients.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to improve customer engagement.
Stay updated on financial products, insurance solutions, and industry trends.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Eligibility & Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Bengali or Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of financial products or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers, homemakers, career restarters, and college students are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable working in an Incentive-Only (No Fixed Salary) compensation structure.
Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet connection for work-from-home operations.
