We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, punctual, well-groomed, and capable of maintaining professional communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-time site visits as per customer schedules
- Handle customer calls and respond promptly as per customer convenience
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional verbal and written communication
- Achieve performance-based targets (low-pressure, incentive-based model)
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions
- Follow workplace discipline, punctuality, and response timelines
Mandatory Requirements:
- English written communication – Mandatory
- Speaking skills: English, Hindi, and any one local language (minimum two languages required)
- Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle in good condition
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills
- Professional dressing and grooming are mandatory at the workplace
- Availability for customer calls and site visits as required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience in field sales or field customer relationship is preferred
