Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients over phone calls, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain company services in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling telephonic conversations.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior sales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
