About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations. This role involves financial planning, compliance, internal controls, and management reporting, while supporting leadership with data-driven insights for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy

Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Support new initiatives through feasibility and investment analysis.
Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.

Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Strengthen internal financial controls.
Cash Flow & Fund Management
-
Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.

Monitor fund utilization and banking operations.
-
Coordinate with banks for credit facilities and financial arrangements.
Taxation, Audit & Compliance
-
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.

Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Lead internal and external audits and manage financial risks.
Management Reporting & Decision Support

Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and key financial metrics.

Support pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.

Provide financial inputs for strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership & Corporate Governance

Lead and mentor the finance team and ensure timely reporting.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial outcomes.

Ensure compliance under the Companies Act and maintain audit readiness.

Support policy development related to finance and procurement.
Qualifications & Experience

CMA (India), OR
-
CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared), OR
-
CFA Charter holder, OR
-
MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
