This is a hybrid role, combining work-from-home responsibilities with regular on-ground engagement in Namchi and nearby areas. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training on the organization’s digital platform and will play a key role in supporting Special Educators (SEs), strengthening coordination, and ensuring effective implementation of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across Namchi and surrounding locations for coordination and implementation support
- Learn and efficiently operate the organization’s digital application and tools
- Train and guide Special Educators (SEs) on application usage and workflows
- Maintain regular follow-ups with SEs and assist in resolving basic operational challenges
- Support timely and smooth execution of project activities on the ground
- Maintain essential records, updates, and coordination reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Fresh graduates and individuals restarting their careers are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model (remote + field travel)
- Willingness to travel within Namchi and nearby areas as required
- Strong inclination to learn and work collaboratively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
- Owning a two-wheeler is highly preferred for local travel
