Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to handle daily financial transactions in a hospitality environment. The role involves managing cash, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing while providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments from guests/customers
- Generate bills, invoices, and receipts accurately
- Maintain daily cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Perform opening and closing cash balance checks
- Reconcile cash drawers and report discrepancies, if any
- Coordinate with accounts team for daily transaction reports
- Ensure all transactions are recorded in the system accurately
- Assist guests with billing queries and provide prompt resolution
- Follow company policies and financial procedures strictly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in hospitality
- Good numerical and cash handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
