key Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
- Monitor market performance and competitor activities.
- Implement sales strategies to improve revenue.
Distributor Management
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers.
- Ensure distributor profitability and stock availability.
- Monitor billing, collections, and outstanding payments.
Retail Market Development
- Expand market coverage and increase product visibility.
- Develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Ensure proper merchandising and promotional activities.
Team Handling
- Supervise Sales Officers / Sales Representatives.
- Conduct field visits and performance reviews.
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and market data.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 2–8 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in area/territory sales management preferred.
