Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Content Creator Executive to build engaging digital content aligned with our brand vision. If you are someone who deeply understands reels, social media trends, storytelling, and brand positioning, this role is for you!

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office - WFO)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
As a Content Creator Executive, you will be the driving force behind our digital media presence. Your core responsibilities will include:
Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Video Production: Ideate, script, shoot, and manage basic video recording and production for reels, short videos, and trending short-form content.
Copywriting: Write highly engaging captions, attention-grabbing hooks, and structured video scripts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure seamless content execution and brand alignment.
Trend Analysis: Stay constantly updated with the latest social media trends, viral audio, and platform algorithms to maximize reach.
Content Management: Maintain a strict content calendar and ensure absolute posting consistency across all channels.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in content creation or social media management.
Platform Expertise: Strong, in-depth understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video dynamics.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of editing and design tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or Adobe tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, creative storytelling, and scriptwriting skills.
Screen Presence: Confident personality with a camera-friendly presence is highly preferred.
Plus Points (Preferred but not mandatory):
Prior experience creating content within the Healthcare or Wellness industry.
An active personal content page, blog, or an impressive portfolio of past work.
Basic photography and advanced video editing knowledge.

Important Details for Candidates
This is a completely onsite (Work from Office) role based in Indore. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Indore are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
