Inside Sales Executive – Industrial Products
Location: Kurla/Vidyavihar West
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling client communication, lead follow-ups, and order coordination from the office.
Job Description
- Attending inquires via phone or email
- Working on inquires received
- Sending quotations
- Follow-up to convert it into order.
- Analyzing competition and working on same accordingly.
- After sales support
- Building good relationship with all clients and regenerating the old lost ones.
Requirements
- Fresher to 3 years experience in inside sales / tele sales / customer coordination
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM if any)
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally
