1. Conducting In-process Inspection activities as per the control plans and ensuring that parts are accepted at each stage before transferred to the subsequent stage.
2. Precision Measurement CMM and Micrometers · CNC/VMC Knowledge · GD T and Drawing Interpretation.
3. Problem-solving to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address issues and reduce scrap.
2. Develop and implement company-wide quality management systems (QMS)
3. Lead quality assurance and quality control teams
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO standards and regulatory requirements
5. Monitor product quality, process quality, and supplier quality performance
6. Conduct internal and external quality audits
7. Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
8. Work with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes
9. Handle customer complaints and quality issues
10. Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and procedures
11. Train employees on quality standards and continuous improvement practices
Leadership Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians
- Set quality KPIs and performance targets
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or industry-specific standards
- Expertise in root cause analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
