Role Overview
Minimum 5 years of experience - business litigation
We are looking for a legal professional with experience in business litigation, contract drafting, and legal process management. The role will involve handling commercial disputes, supporting litigation strategy, drafting legal documents, and improving internal legal processes and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business and commercial litigation matters, including coordination with external counsels and monitoring case progress.
- Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, agreements, settlement deeds, and other commercial contracts.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, insolvency, and regulatory matters.
- Maintain litigation MIS, documentation, and case tracking systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automation within legal operations.
- Support management with legal risk analysis and strategic inputs on disputes.
Key Requirements
- LLB / Legal qualification with more than 3 years of experience.
- Experience in corporate litigation, commercial disputes, or financial services litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to improve legal processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
