Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Reception Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The candidate will manage front desk operations, patient registrations, appointments, billing coordination, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule OPD appointments and coordinate doctor consultations.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, packages, and processes.
- Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and clinical teams.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment confirmations.
- Maintain front desk registers, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure timely patient flow and resolve basic patient queries.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-friendly environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in hospital, clinic, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
