Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Ruby on Rails Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web development and be eager to build scalable and high-performance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Eligibility / Skills Required:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE / MCA / BCA or relevant IT degree.
- 2-4 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails framework.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Basic knowledge of deployment and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
