Telecaller – Partner & Advisor Recruitment & Customer Appointment Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to support our insurance business by recruiting potential Partners | Advisors and scheduling appointments with prospective customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Activities
- Contact potential candidates and explain the Partners | Advisors opportunity.
- Screen interested candidates and share business details.
- Schedule interviews and meetings with the manager.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain records of candidate interactions.
Customer Appointment Activities
- Contact prospective customers and introduce insurance products.
- Generate leads through telecalling.
- Fix appointments for insurance consultations.
- Follow up with customers and send meeting reminders.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking over the phone.
- Persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up activities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduation
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Tele calling, sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is an added advantage.
