Position:- Sales Engineer

Skills:-
- A bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical), Master in business administration, marketing or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications or specialized training in sales and marketing can be beneficial.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and negotiate effectively, and close deals. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of PEB or civil engineering concepts, Construction processes, and related industry standards. Ability to comprehend Technical specifications and communicate them effectively to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads: Identify potential customers and develop a strategy to generate new business opportunities. This may involve conducting market research, attending industry events, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Sales presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of PEB or civil industry products or services.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Sales process management: Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, negotiation, closing deals, and contract signing. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Market intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics. Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify Opportunities for product or service improvement and develop strategies to stay competitive.
- Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, production, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Provide input and coordinate efforts to meet customer requirements.
- Sales reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Present sales performance data to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Target: Must be capable to achieve the Yearly and monthly target as decided by the Management.
