HR Intern
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn HR processes and develop practical skills in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee and intern records.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and HR documentation.
- Help manage attendance and leave records.
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and HR reports.
- Provide support for day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
