Position: Senior HR Executive – Harsha Constructions Private Limited
Location: Pauni-ii/Ballarpur Area/WCL/Maharashtra Near Chandrapur
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare salary sheets, wage registers, and payroll reports.
- Handle statutory compliance related to EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other labor laws as applicable.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations applicable to mining projects and contract workforce management.
- Operate and manage the CLIP Portal and related Coal India systems.
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors regarding statutory matters.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and management reports.
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and employee relations activities.
- Coordinate with site management, contractors, and corporate HR teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/MBA in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in coal mining, mining, infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with EPF, ESI, labor laws, and contractor workforce management.
- Familiarity with the CLIP Portal and Coal India compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll software.
- Ability to work independently at a project site.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling large contract labor workforces.
- Knowledge of mining industry regulations and labor compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
